New Orleans is home to several users groups besides NOLUG:
- NewOrleans.pm — local Perl Mongers started by JoeyKelly and DaveCash.
- NolaPHP — PHP group stared by that usual troublemaker.
- Cisco Users Group — meets at the Cisco building in Metairie. Certified speakers.
- NOJUG — Java users group (does anyone have a better link for this?).
- NOMUG — Macintosh users group.
- New Orleans Personal Computer Club — windows-centric group. JoeyKelly presented Linux there in January and was well received.
